Communicate.com Regains Ownership of Call.com

Communicate.com Inc. (OTCBB: CMNN), a rapidly growing eCommerce company, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Manhattan Assets Corp. that gives ownership of the domain name www.Call.com to Communicate.com, in lieu of future royalties from the domains Makeup.com, Automobile.com and Exercise.com, as pertaining to an agreement from July 2003.
"In our opinion, Call.com is one of the best names for the rapidly evolving, massive telecommunications market," says David Jeffs, President of Communicate.com. "We will take some time to determine what should be done with this highly-prized URL to help maximize its value for the company."
More information on the Call.com URL agreement will be available in Communicate.com Inc.'s 10-QSB for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in August 2006.
