Mainframe Entertainment Announces Director Resignations

Mainframe Entertainment, Inc. ("Mainframe") (TSX: MFE), Canada's leading computer generated (CG) animation production company, today announced that due to the completion of the sale by IDT Entertainment ("IDT") of its 62% interest in Mainframe to RNK Capital Limited Partnership, a subsidiary of Rainmaker Income Fund ("Rainmaker") (TSX: RNK.UN) on July 31, 2006, Mainframe has accepted the resignations of Stephen Brown, Morris Berger, Marcelo Fischer and John Hyde, as Directors of Mainframe. Rainmaker has not yet provided nominees to Mainframe to replace the vacancies created by the resignations of the IDT nominees.
