Former Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for the TSA, the Honorable David M. Stone, to Chair Link Plus Homeland Security Advisory Board

Market Wire, September, 2006

Link Plus Corporation ( www.linkplus.com ), producer of sophisticated new homeland security solutions that integrate advanced wireless networking and explosive detection technologies, announced today that Rear Admiral David M. Stone, United States Navy (retired) and former head of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), has been appointed to Chairman of the Company's newly established Homeland Security Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board will assist the Board of Directors and the Executive Management team of Link Plus Corporation in defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy to establish and maintain the Company as a leader in products and services which meet the changing demands of the world's homeland security requirements. The activities of the Advisory Board will also include providing outreach and liaison between Link Plus and Government/Industry to help enhance the Company's insight into the most compelling and current market needs and customer requirements.

Admiral Stone has more than 30 years experience in national security. Upon retirement from the active service, Admiral Stone was nominated by President George W. Bush, and unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate, as the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In this position, he was responsible for the security of the United States Transportation System which includes the Mass Transit, Rail, Highway, Pipeline, Maritime and Aviation modes of Transportation. Overseeing a budget of more than $5.6 billion and leading a team of more than 54,000 people, Admiral Stone took on what many described as the "toughest job in government today."

As the leader of the TSA for over 18 months before transitioning to private industry in June of 2005, he was the longest serving Administrator in the organization's history. Prior to being appointed Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security, Admiral Stone was the TSA's first Federal Security Director at Los Angeles International Airport.

"Today, the security of all points of entry is of utmost importance if we are to ensure the integrity of our country and the safety of our citizens," said Admiral Stone, newly appointed Chairman of the Link Plus Corporation Advisory Board. "Based on my operational experience both within the Department of Defense as well as the Department of Homeland Security, I believe the integration of new technologies, such as the MIPs (molecularly imprinted polymer) sensing technology and wireless mesh networking from Link Plus, have an absolutely critical role to play in our ongoing security efforts against a wide range of terrorist threats."

Bob Jones, Chairman and CEO of Link Plus Corporation, sees a significant, untapped market opportunity today in which Link Plus is uniquely positioned to meet and one that Admiral Stone is ideally qualified to help the company maximize.

"We are moving rapidly to apply our wireless transceiver technology, using Z-Plus™ mesh network software, and the MIPs sensing technology exclusively licensed from The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory to develop sophisticated new homeland security solutions," Jones said. "With Admiral Stone's leadership on the Advisory Board, we feel strongly that Link Plus can accelerate its ability to demonstrate and articulate the value and effectiveness of our technology and solutions in radically enhancing the protection of a diverse range of facilities, from major transportation hubs to utility delivery systems, around the world."
