BCE Elix Recognized by Cisco as a Unified Contact Center Enterprise Advanced Technology Provider

BCE Elix, a Bell Canada company, announced today it has achieved the Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Advanced Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco Systems®. This ATP designation is by invitation only and recognizes BCE Elix for its ability to provide the advanced technical skills and lifecycle services required to successfully deploy Cisco® Unified Contact Center solutions targeted to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace. This program enables partners to provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration (CTI) and contact management solutions to enterprise agents over an IP-based network.

Elite Skills, Expertise, and Capabilities
To qualify for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise ATP status, BCE Elix had to meet a number of stringent requirements, including: achieving the IP Communications Specialization or the Advanced Unified Communications Specialization, fulfilling a range of job roles with qualified individuals who have met specific testing requirements, including an Account Manager, a Project Manager, a System Engineer, a Deployment Engineer, an Applications Consultant, and a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Support Engineer, and building a lab for development and customer fault replication. This lab will be suitable for proof-of-concept demonstration, application development, and internal training.
