Performance Monitor Announces SAP and Oracle Systems Integrator Buyer's Guides
Market Wire, September, 2006
In an effort to further support successful strategic enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives, Performance Monitor LLC today announced it has extended its primary research offerings to include an in-depth analysis of today's leading systems integrators for both SAP and Oracle.
Based on direct input from more than 1,300 study participants across the SAP and Oracle environments, Performance Monitor's SAP and Oracle Systems Integrator Buyer's Guides are designed to provide clients with fact-based guidance for enlightened service provider short-listing and selection.
Each concise report offers deep insight into a system integrator's track record for field performance, the types and frequency of problems their clients experience, as well as their track record for goal attainment. Further, clients can assess a provider's performance in context to their own needs as the results are segmented across various industries, project sizes and budgets.
"These Buyer's Guides fill a longstanding client need to gain deep insight into the actual performance of firms they are considering for costly ERP engagements," says Michael Doane, Chief Intelligence Officer of Performance Monitor. "While two or three client references will provide some insight into a systems integrator's track record, each of these Buyer's Guides is based on input from approximately 90 clients. With that level of critical mass, what we learn from the collective client voice is both credible and accurate."
"For years, clients have asked for my opinion on which systems integrator is the best," adds Doane. "Our research reveals that each integrator has strengths and weaknesses. Clients can improve their chance for project success by identifying which providers have the strongest track record for their specific needs. This level of peer insight can be used for the client's advantage when shortlisting and engaging the integrators."
Buyer's Guides are available for leading SAP and Oracle practices. Buyer's Guides for leading Application Development & Maintenance providers as well as leading CRM systems integrators and Application Outsourcing providers will be available in mid-October of 2006.
