Anchored by premier sponsors Duane Reade, WCBS Newsradio 880, Novo Nordisk and Walgreens, the 2nd Annual Caregiver Expo, hosted by Drug Store News and FREE to consumers, will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2006 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Penn Plaza Pavilion in midtown Manhattan.
The one-day expo, attracting thousands of tri-state area residents, will offer updates on product and treatment breakthroughs from healthcare professionals; presentations from industry experts on the state of caregiving and healthcare and Q&A; advice from financial and estate planners; free medical screenings and product samples; and much more!
Image Coach and former sportscaster and product spokeswoman Dinah Day will speak to the attendees about presenting a positive and sustaining image and also about the health and well-being of caregivers themselves. Dr. Barry Jacobs, author of the "Emotional Survival Guide for Caregivers" and Director of Behavioral Sciences for the Crozer-Keystone Family Medicine Residency Program will share his expertise with the audience and participate on the exhibit floor, showcasing his book.
