Barclay Road, Inc. Takes First Steps to Become Fully Reporting

Barclay Road, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BCYR), one of America's premiere boutique book publishing houses, is pleased to announce that it has taken the initial steps towards becoming a fully reporting company.
Trading as BCYR.PK, they have received their CIK number allowing them to begin issuing filings on the SEC Edgar system. The first filing will be the Form 10-SB (10SB12G) registration statement with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
With a positive result of the filing and effectiveness of the registration statement, Barclay Road, Inc. will become a fully reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Barclay Road intends to work with market makers to qualify Barclay Road's common stock trades for listing on the Over-the-Counter market (OTCBB) under the trading symbol of BCYR. Barclay Road stock is currently trading on the PinkSheets.
