MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. to Appoint a New Slate of Directors

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MSEE) announces that, in keeping with the Company's new, technology-led business focus, its Board of Directors will be replaced shortly, except for Mr. James L.C. Jenner, LLB, with new Board Members who collectively bring a wealth of business experience to, and expertise in, MSEE's promising new business endeavors.
Members of the new Board of Directors, who will be announced in the coming weeks, have been carefully selected from industries relating to MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.'s new business focus, also to be elaborated upon in the near future. Each new member was chosen for his/her impressive credentials in fields most closely associated with the business goals of newly emerging MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.
James L.C. Jenner, LLB: President of the Corporation
Mr. Jenner was formerly a senior partner in Lang Michener, where he specialized in commercial and corporate law and served as a Director and Officer of several public companies. He lectured for two years in Commercial Law in the Ontario Bar Admission Course. Mr. Jenner left the practice of law to engage in various entrepreneurial undertakings. In 1973, Mr. Jenner elected to pursue his entrepreneurial interests full time with a focus on identifying, structuring, and financing emerging technologies. These activities have involved Mr. Jenner in numerous business and industry sectors, including natural resources, environmental, chemical processes and security at the senior executive level. He has been instrumental in the successful development and market introduction of a broad range of new technology-based services and products over the past 25 years.
This is an exciting time for MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. as it approaches the launch of a technology-led promising new business focus. Management will endeavor to keep its shareholders and the investing public abreast of corporate developments in a timely manner through news releases and the posting of regular updates on its forthcoming new website, currently under construction.
