D&M Holdings Inc. Completes Acquisition of Philips Sound Solutions

RHJ International (the "Company"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Avenue Louise 326, 1050 Brussels, announces, today, that D&M Holdings Inc. has completed the purchase of Philips Sound Solutions (PSS) from Royal Philips Electronics (NYSE:PHG, AEX:PHI).

A translation in English of the announcement published by D&M Holdings Inc. in Tokyo on January 5, 2007, is attached.
