Mark Logic Named as Codie Award Finalist
Market Wire, January, 2007
Mark Logic Corporation, provider of the industry's leading XML content server, today announced it has been named as a finalist in the Software and Information Industry Association's (SIIA) 22nd annual Codie Awards in the enterprise search category.
Established in 1986, the Codie Awards acknowledge the industry's most innovative products and services through a combination of journalist and peer review. More than 1,200 nominations were submitted by over 600 companies for the 2007 awards. This year's Codie Award finalists span a wide cross-section of the software and digital content industry. The program includes 75 product and service categories in the areas of corporate, education, software, and content.
"The 2007 Codie Finalists represent real winners, even at this stage of the contest," said Ken Wasch, president of the SIIA. "Competition is fiercer than ever and that makes selection as a Codie Finalist a major achievement. All the companies on this year's list should feel justifiably proud of their recognition."
"We're honored to be recognized for the third consecutive year as a Codie Award finalist," said Dave Kellogg, president and chief executive officer of Mark Logic Corporation. "We believe this consistent recognition springs from our highly innovative technology and our focus on customer success in its application."
Winners will be announced at the 22nd Annual Codie Awards Gala, which will be held on April 17, 2007 at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.
