eMarketer Expands Ad Sales Team

eMarketer has announced the appointment of Nancy Taffera-Santos to senior manager, ad sales.
With over 16 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Taffera-Santos comes to eMarketer from Prism Business Media where she was an account executive for "Direct" magazine and the online publication, "Chief Marketer." Previously, she held a number of marketing positions at Web analytics firm WebTrends. As international marketing manager, online marketing manager, and finally marketing programs manager, she helped build the WebTrends brand to become the enterprise marketing solution it is today.
"Having worked with Nancy for years on the client-side, I have long appreciated her vast knowledge of the industry. I am delighted to welcome her to the eMarketer ad sales team," Crystal Gurin, VP, said.
Taffera-Santos had also held a position as international communications manager at Tektronix, a manufacturer of test and measurement for the telecommunications, TV and broadcasting sectors. While developing the Latin American and Asian markets, she oversaw public relations and other strategic communications programs.
