Adomo Appoints Mathew Frazer as President and CEO

Adomo Inc., a leading provider of advanced messaging solutions for the enterprise, today announced that former Genesys Telecommunications executive Mathew Frazer has joined the company as President and CEO. With extensive business management, technology and unified communications experience, Frazer will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company.

Frazer comes to Adomo from Genesys Telecommunications, an Alcatel-Lucent company that is the market leader for Contact Center software, where he led Enterprise Solutions and created a new business focused on the 100 million users outside the Call Center. Frazer developed strategic partnerships within the industry including Microsoft, IBM and Oracle, and was part of the team that grew Genesys from 400 customers to over 3,500 customers and increased revenue over fivefold. Prior to Genesys, Frazer worked with Netscape Communications where he led business development and strategy as part of the executive team for an internal start-up, NetCenter, to compete as a portal against leading contenders Yahoo!, Excite, and Lycos. In one of the largest internet deals of its time, Frazer identified, structured and negotiated a $100 million deal with Excite, Inc. to provide NetCenter with immediate content and revenue. Frazer also brings extensive business development experience from Goldman, Sachs & Co., Montgomery Securities and CommTech Venture Group.
