D&M Holdings Inc. Reports Record Consolidated Operating Results Through Nine Months of Fiscal Year 2006 Ending March 31, 2007; Raises Previous Forecast for Full Fiscal Year 2006

Brussels - February 22, 2007 - RHJ International (the "Company"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Avenue Louise 326, 1050 Brussels, announces that D&M Holdings Inc., today filed with the Tokyo Stock Exchange its results through the third quarter (July 1 - Dec. 31, 2006) for the 2006 fiscal year ending March 31, 2007. The company also raised its previous net income forecast for consolidated business results for the full 2006 fiscal year.
A translation in English of the announcement published by D&M Holdings Inc. in Tokyo on February 22, 2007, is attached. Figures are expressed in Japanese accounting standards (Japanese GAAP).
