ICT has been continuously supporting ReelTime in the development of its core product the Intelligent Rapid Delivery System (IRDS). IRDS manages and delivers streaming video via the Internet through www.reeltime.com . ICT will continue to take a leading role in the development of the ReelTime's website and E-commerce platform and, additionally, expand its role toward obtaining and training ReelTime's development team, thereby amplifying the speed and scope of development.
