Chordiant Software Receives Letter of Compliance From NASDAQ

Chordiant Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRDD), the leading provider of Customer Experience (Cx(TM)) software and services, said that it had been notified on February 20, 2007 by the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council of the Nasdaq Stock Market that the Council has concluded that the Company is in compliance with all Nasdaq Marketplace Rules and that Chordiant's securities will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Chordiant also reported that as a result of the approval by Chordiant's stockholders on February 15, 2007, of the reverse stock split of the Company's common stock that its stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "CHRDD" from February 20, 2007 until March 20, 2007. The reverse stock split was reflected on the Nasdaq Global Stock Market on Tuesday morning, February 20th.
