The acquisition also doubles API's revenue and further solidifies the company as a key supplier of critical electronic components to the US Department of Defense (DoD) and leading defense contractors." National Hybrid's customers include: Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, The Department of Defense and many others.
Agressive investors should continue to watch this company closely! Recently there have been many press releases issued that should get the attention of investors. One of which, is that the company will supply a number of products to the U.S. Department of Defense under recently awarded contracts worth over $1.4 million. These new contracts come after receiving a $9 million contract, the company's largest from the U.S. Department of Defense.
Before the news was released, the stock closed Wednesday at $2.89 a share.
