Bennett Environmental Announces Management Change

Jack Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of Bennett Environmental Inc. (TSX: BEV) ("BEI"), announced today the resignation of Andrew Boulanger, Chief Financial Officer, effective mid-April. "Andy has provided important leadership to BEI and at this time he has determined that a career change is appropriate", Shaw said in announcing the resignation. Mr. Boulanger will oversee the finalization of the 2006 audit for BEI and will assist in ensuring a smooth transition to his successor.
