Milberg Weiss Announces Investigation Relating to Class Action Lawsuits Filed on Behalf of Certain Investors of Globalstar, Inc. -- GSAT

Market Wire, March, 2007

The law firm of Milberg Weiss & Bershad LLP announces that it is investigating possible illegal conduct as alleged in proposed class action lawsuits filed by certain law firms on behalf of investors who purchased common stock of Globalstar, Inc. ("Globalstar" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: GSAT) between November 2, 2006 through February 5, 2007, including those who purchased common and/or preferred stock pursuant and/or traceable to the Company's Initial Public Offering ("IPO") on or about November 2, 2006.

The class actions are pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against Globalstar and certain of its officers and directors. The complaints allege that Globalstar and certain of its officers and directors violated the Securities Act of 1933. Specifically, the actions allege that the Prospectus failed to disclose important problems with respect to the degradation of Globalstar's satellites. The Prospectus was filed as part of the IPO of 7.5 million shares, which raised more than $127 million. On February 5, 2007, Globalstar filed a Form 8-K with the SEC disclosing that it received negative information concerning Globalstar's satellites, which undermined information provided in the Prospectus. In response, on February 6, 2007, Globalstar stock fell from $14.48 per share to $10.40 per share -- approximately 28% below the IPO price -- on heavy trading volume.

If you purchased common stock of Globalstar between November 2, 2006 through February 5, 2007, including pursuant and/or traceable to the IPO on or about November 2, 2006, you may, no later than April 10, 2007, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. To be appointed lead plaintiff, the Court must decide that your claim is typical of the claims of other class members, and that you will adequately represent the class. Your share in any recovery will not be enhanced or diminished by the decision whether or not to serve as a lead plaintiff. You may retain Milberg Weiss & Bershad LLP, or other attorneys, to serve as your counsel in this action.
