NetMotion Wireless announced today that Mobility XE(TM) is the first Mobile VPN to meet the requirements for compatibility on Windows Mobile®-based Palm® Treo(TM) smartphones.

Thorough testing verified Mobility XE's compatibility with Palm Treo 700wx and Treo 750 devices, enabling mobile and wireless workers to confidently and securely access enterprise network resources and applications from their Treo smartphones with Mobility XE.(1) NetMotion's Mobility XE Mobile VPN software employs the same strong authentication and encryption technologies approved for use by the Federal government to secure VPN access and data transmitted to and from mobile devices such as laptops, tablets, Pocket PCs and smartphones.
