AEC Holdings Corporation Announces a Strategic Partnership With Only Control S.A. of Ecuador

In AEC Holdings Corporation's (PINKSHEETS: AECH) continued bid to enter the South American Market, Diego Gomez, the company's CEO, announced today that it entered into a strategic joint venture agreement with Only Control S.A. of Ecuador. Only Control S.A. is the largest Biometric Identification provider to government agencies in Ecuador, focusing on security entry/exit control systems. Some of their clients include branches of the Military, Dole, Banco de Guayaquil, and Banco Bolivariano, among others. Mr. Gomez stated, "We are very happy with our progress in penetrating the South American market. We believe that Ecuador is the ideal starting point and are forging solid business relationships there that will pay off in the near future. We will continue aligning ourselves with market leaders in this emerging market." Ecuador is located between Colombia and Peru and is the only country in South America that uses the U.S. Dollar as its official and sole monetary unit.
AEC Holdings, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiaries and strategic partnerships, is involved in the access control and identity theft management controls industry through Biometric Identification.
