Diluted earnings per share were $0.48 and $0.48 for the three months ended March 31, 2007 and 2006 respectively. Assets totaled $1,935,930,000 and shareholders' equity totaled $188,889,000 as of March 31, 2007.
On April 2, 2007, Univest Corporation paid a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2007. This is an increase of $0.01 or 5.3% over the same period last year.
