Delta Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: DFC) will report its first quarter 2007 financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, May 8, 2007. A conference call to discuss the financial results will be hosted by Hugh Miller, president and chief executive officer, and Richard Blass, executive vice president and chief financial officer, on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 10 a.m. EDT. Founded in 1982, Delta Financial Corporation is a Woodbury, New York-based specialty consumer finance company that originates, securitizes and sells non-conforming mortgage loans. The loans originated by the Company are primarily fixed-rate mortgage loans secured by first mortgages on one- to four-family residential properties. The Company originates non-conforming loans through a network of approximately 3,200 independent brokers and the Company's retail offices. Since 1991, the Company has completed 51 asset-backed securitizations, collateralized by approximately $18.9 billion in mortgage loans.
