(OTCBB: IWWI) (the "Company") announced today that the Company has created the Coal Advisory Board to focus on acquisition prospects and continuing operations relating to the Company's coal projects. The members of this advisory board will have diverse expertise and extensive experience in the coal industry. The advisory board positions will be remunerated and will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company has identified potential members and will announce their appointments as agreements are completed.
