Impart Media Group Appoints Katz Direct President to Advisory Board

Impart Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB: IMMG), a provider of end-to-end information networks, digital signage solutions, and direct response advertising for the enhanced delivery of infotainment, brand marketing, merchandising, and advertising, announced today the formal appointment of Chickie Bucco to its Strategic Advisory Board. Ms. Bucco's appointment is crucial, as the out-of-home sector continues to create more opportunities for the convergence of traditional direct response media and the evolving interactive and transactional networks that Impart is pioneering and delivering to such clients as the Detroit Metro Airport, Dole Foods, and other highly visible corporations and properties that are moving away from traditional media.
Ms. Bucco is President of Katz Direct, a Katz Television Group Company, the oldest, largest and most successful media representative in the U.S. with billings over $3 billion annually. Headquartered in New York City, Katz Media Group, the parent company of Katz Television, has 21 regional offices and is a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications, Inc.
In her position with Katz, Ms. Bucco oversees Direct Response Short Form, Program Time Sales, Paid Religion and the Unwired Network Group on behalf of more than 400 of Katz Television Group's client stations. Katz Direct Marketing has offices in both New York and Los Angeles.
Ms. Bucco joined Katz in 1979 as a sales executive. She was named a divisional Vice President in 1986. In 1988, Ms. Bucco was given the opportunity to launch the Direct Marketing sales unit where she held the position of Vice President, Director. She was promoted to President in 2003. Chickie is known within the Katz organization and industry as a true mentor. She has demonstrated her strong commitment to teaching leadership programs through many contributions including Career Day speaker in NYC public high schools, and Principal for a Day at PS 123 in the Bronx. She initiated the first Take Our Daughters To Work Day program for Katz Media Group in 1994 and has continued to direct the program each year. Chickie has also been involved with the USIA (US Information Agency) host program where she mentored women from Communications Industries in six countries.
In addition to her duties with the Katz Television Group, Ms. Bucco has been actively involved with American Women in Radio & Television (AWRT) on both local and national levels for more than a decade, currently serving on the National Board of Directors as President. She has served on the Board of Directors for the New York Women's Agenda since 1991 and was named President for the organization's 2000-2001 season.

Impart's Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) was formed to bring top level executives and academics from the public and private sector together to provide critical and supportive policy advice and guidance to the Chairman/CEO and Corporate Officers of Impart Media Group, Inc. by enhancing the company's leadership reach and role in the global, fast-evolving, out-of-home (OOH) information networks, digital signage, and direct response business sectors. The SAB will also help foster a sense of community among the company employees, supply chain vendors, service providers, and end-clients. This will be accomplished with speaking engagements at industry events and frequent communication and interaction with the company's investors and shareholders via a feedback process that will continually analyze and refine the company's business model, products and services.
The SAB will also help promote the achievements of the company and provide assistance in referring new business, product ideas, and/or investment opportunities as the worlds of communications, internet, computers and media continue to converge and create new and evolving opportunities for our business.
