Inform Worldwide Holdings, Inc. Announces First Appointment to the Coal Advisory Board

Inform Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: IWWI) (the "Company") announced today that the Company has appointed Mark J. Rodak as the first member of the Company's recently formed Coal Advisory Board. Mr. Rodak's duties will be to identify and perform due diligence on prospective coal projects for the Company to acquire. For his services Mr. Rodak will receive 5,715 shares of restricted common stock of the Company, which will vest after one year, and reimbursement of approved expenses.
Mr. Rodak has over fourteen years of diverse mining industry experience in production, management, and engineering roles. He has served for twelve years as a consultant to private industry clients and various governmental agencies. He has also operated an underground mine in the anthracite coal fields of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Responsibilities have include project management, mine design and development, property feasibility studies, equipment evaluations, abandoned mine lands investigations, environmental assessments, computer applications, and monitoring of active operations to determine compliance with state and federal regulatory programs.
