One of Kaizen Products most popular items is a pre-printed 5S Red Tag. Once the decision to go Lean' is made, one of the first steps an organization can take is to have a 5S event. A 5S (Sort, Straighten, Sweep, Standardize and Self-discipline) project requires the organization to Sort out unneeded items. Red Tags are applied to items that can be given away, auctioned off or simply recycled.
