Kaizen Products LLC announces a completely redesigned online store for Lean manufacturing training materials and supplies.

Kaizen Products ( www.kaizenproducts.com ) is an online store devoted to selling books, supplies and training materials for Lean practitioners. Kaizen Products offers items ranging from 5S Red Tags for workplace organization, to books such as the new English translation of Taiichi Ohno's Workplace Management.

Kaizen Products LLC is a company specializing in the production and distribution of educational materials for Lean implementation. Kaizen Products has partnered with Gemba Research to develop these products. Gemba Research LLC ( www.gemba.com ) is a global consulting firm specializing in training and implementing Toyota Production System (TPS) methods.

One of Kaizen Products most popular items is a pre-printed 5S Red Tag. Once the decision to ‘go Lean' is made, one of the first steps an organization can take is to have a 5S event. A 5S (Sort, Straighten, Sweep, Standardize and Self-discipline) project requires the organization to Sort out unneeded items. Red Tags are applied to items that can be given away, auctioned off or simply recycled.

"On an average day, we sell several hundred 5S Red Tags," said Marcie MacRae, Office Manager for Kaizen Products. "We've had companies buy them 5,000 at a time. We get the early news on some enormous corporate garage sales."

Other items available at www.kaizenproducts.com include books, posters, videos and Quick Guides covering a variety of Lean topics.
