Dios Exploration Inc.: Conversion of the Fonds de Solidarite des Travailleurs du Quebec's Convertible Debenture

DIOS EXPLORATION INC. ("Dios") (TSX VENTURE: DOS) announces that the Fonds de solidarite des travailleurs du Quebec (the "Fonds") has exercised its right of conversion pursuant to a 200,000 $ convertible debenture issued in favour of the Fonds on April 18, 2006 (the "Debenture").
In compliance with the Debenture, the FTQ will receive a total of 571,428 common shares of Dios at $0.35 per share in reimbursement of the capital ($200,000) and a total of 63,277 common shares, of which 49,383 shares are issued at $0.243 per share and 13,894 shares at $0.44 per share, in reimbursement of the accrued interest ($18,115.06).
The issuance of the shares in reimbursement of the accrued interest is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Moreover, the aforementioned shares will be subject to a four (4) month hold period from their date of issuance.
