The lawsuit charges that defendants violated the federal securities laws by selling 4 million shares of common stock in a secondary public offering underwritten by Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. pursuant to a false and misleading prospectus. The offering took place on May 4, 2007. This suit is on behalf of all purchasers of AHM stock in that offering.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated buyers of AHM stock in that offering. Excluded from the Class are the defendants and members of their immediate families, any entity in which a defendant has a controlling interest and the heirs of any such excluded party.
