Bayswater Uranium Corporation (TSX-V: BAY) (FRANKFURT: B2V) advises that an aggregate of 1,600,000 options have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants of Bayswater. The options are exercisable at a price of $1.29 per share and expire five years from the date of grant, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
