Legend Mobile Announces Changes for Legend Credit

Legend Mobile Inc. (OTCBB: LGMB) today announced that it intends to change the name of its subsidiary, Legend Credit Inc., to Bomani Corp.
Bomani Corp intends to focus on the acquisition and development of live events and specifically the exploitation of these events on television, Internet broadcast, video on demand, and DVD.
The company expects to direct its efforts on programming in the area of combat sports.
