Paragon Computer Solutions Brings Online Expense Management to Peachtree Software Customers
Market Wire, August, 2007
Paragon Computer Solutions Inc. announced today that they have joined the Peachtree Add-On Program as a Silver Partner, integrating Paragon's TripsWare(TM) online travel and entertainment expense management reimbursement system with Peachtree by Sage Accounting.
Through this integration, Peachtree customers can leverage their current software investment and extend the program's already rich feature set with detailed expense management, provided through TripsWare online.
"Peachtree appeals to small businesses who are serious about their accounting, and TripsWare will be an invaluable tool for our customers, helping them to maintain better control over their expenses and easily pull that information into their Peachtree accounting software," said Dan DeRosa, vice president, product management, Business Management Division, Sage Software. "We are pleased to introduce TripsWare to our customers so that they can take advantage of a solution that will help them save time and enable effective expense tracking."
Attractive for small to mid-sized firms whose employees submit expense reports on a regular basis, TripsWare automates the expense reporting process, enabling firms to automatically download credit card and out of pocket cash expenses, then allocate and submit reports online. Accounting can then process these reports and easily import all data to Peachtree for automatic account reconciliation and payment processing.
"Many firms underestimate the significant costs of time and inefficiency in having their employees complete manual expense reports or even spreadsheets," said Noel Furniss, principal, Paragon Computer Solutions. "Back office staff members are often overburdened with time consuming duplicate data entry of expenses. TripsWare allows firms to streamline all aspects of their expense reporting cycle, for an immediate return on investment."
In any small business, time is at a premium. With TripsWare online, firms eliminate double data entry, improve speed and accuracy of travel reimbursement and gain real time insight into their T & E spending.
"TripsWare compliments our existing procedures, seamlessly integrates with Peachtree and required no downtime for us to implement," said Mark Epstein, managing director- chief financial officer, Tailwind Capital. "Since implementation, TripsWare has automated our expense reporting and allowed our AP manager to process in one hour what previously took her a full day, freeing her up to manage other business-critical tasks."
TripsWare is available as a monthly subscription service. For more information on pricing, contact TripsWare at 914-747-3244 or info@TripsWare.com .
