Deadline Extended for Computerworld's "Best Practices in Business Intelligence" Awards Program

Computerworld's Business Intelligence Perspectives Conference has extended the deadline for its "Best Practices in Business Intelligence" Awards Program until 12:00 p.m. ET August 16. The annual awards program identifies and acknowledges excellence among users of business intelligence technology.
Nominations considered are exclusively IT end-user organizations. Nominations of IT end-user organizations are accepted from IT users themselves, their public relations representatives, or vendors on behalf of their customers. Multiple submissions of case studies describing different deployments per organization will be considered.
Entries must be submitted online by 12:00 p.m. ET August 16, 2007.

Five Finalists in each category will be recognized at Computerworld's Business Intelligence Perspectives Conference, held Sept. 24 - 26, 2007, at the Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas. Award recipients will be recognized on the event website ( www.biperspectives.com ), in an event press release, and may be featured in a special Computerworld supplement.
Honorees and Finalists will be recognized in each of the following five categories:
-- Creating an Agile BI Infrastructure
-- Driving Process Management with BI
-- Expediting Information Delivery, Retrieval, Reporting and Analysis
-- Innovation and Promise in Business Intelligence
-- Integrating the BI Portfolio with Constantly Changing Tools
