Global Aero Logistics Inc. today announced that Randy Martinez, most recently Chief Executive Officer, World Air Holdings, Inc., was elected to its Board of Directors.

Global Aero Logistics Inc., the parent of ATA Airlines, completed its acquisition of World Air Holdings, Inc. on Aug. 14, 2007. Global Aero Logistics Inc. is the parent company of ATA Airlines, Inc., World Airways, Inc., and North American Airlines, Inc.
