MacKinney, President of World Air Holdings, Moves to Strategic Advisory Role at Global Aero Logistics

Global Aero Logistics Inc. today announced that Jeff MacKinney, most recently the President of World Air Holdings, Inc., will resign from that position on Sept. 23rd, 2007, but will continue working with Global in a strategic advisory role. As a consultant, he will actively assist the Company in the integration process related to its recent acquisition of World Air Holdings, Inc. on Aug. 14, 2007.
