WHAT: Delphi Corp. (PINKSHEETS: DPHIQ) will host a briefing and conference
      call for news media representatives to discuss Delphi's Joint Plan
      of Reorganization and its settlement agreements with General Motors.

WHO:  Executive Chairman Steve Miller, CEO and President Rodney O'Neal,
      and Chief Restructuring Officer John Sheehan will host the call.
