Saaspoint Helps Plantronics Take a Giant Leap in Global CRM

Saaspoint, a dedicated salesforce.com consultancy and systems integrator, has enabled Plantronics, the world's leading designer and manufacturer of communications headsets, to implement Salesforce on-demand CRM across its EMEA operations and integrate the rollout globally with the US.

The implementation included 150 users in EMEA, 200 in the US and 30 users in APAC.
Plantronics is a pioneer in Bluetooth(TM) headsets for mobile and music enjoyment and wireless office solutions. Founded in 1961 in Santa Cruz, California, a Plantronics headset carried the historic first words from the moon: "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." Since then, Plantronics has become the headset of choice for mission-critical applications such as air traffic control, 911 dispatch, and the New York Stock Exchange.

Saaspoint will shortly complete the roll out of a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system to 120+ partners to help Plantronics manage its important global channel programme.
