Keilen's session, titled "Managed Availability -- What Level of Protection is Right for You," will help to bridge the communications gap between IT management and executive management. Keilen will also share industry best practices for conducting availability assessments to define the business and technical consequences of downtime, quantify the likelihood of downtime and categorize the level of availability needed. Keilen will close with a look at how server virtualization increases the requirement for availability planning.
