Invicta Group: CNN Airport Media & Norwegian Cruise Lines
Market Wire, September, 2007
Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVIT) is announcing today as part of its Definitive Merger Agreement with Extraordinary Vacations Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXVG) that EXVG has completed a program that involved the sale of a 5-month marketing campaign to one of its key preferred suppliers -- Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL).
NCL purchased the airtime from EXVG as part of a promotion for its new Free Style Cruising campaign. As an additional bonus NCL agreed to provide EXVG with a 5-second advertisement tag at the end of each spot aired. EXVG will use this 5-second spot to direct potential NCL cruise customers interested in Free Style cruising to our travel and cruise experts.
This is the second time EXVG has entered into an agreement with Turner Private Network's CNN Airport Network division in the past 12 months. The CNN Airport Network offers a new advertising venue with considerable reach to a highly desirable market that reaches over 110 million passengers annually in 41 airports. The company believes the media represents a significant savings for both itself and its preferred customers.
EXVG acquired a block of CNN Airport Network Media Airtime as a result of completion of second sale of certain of its Travel Magazine television footage to Turner Private Network's CNN Airport Network division. The company believes it will be able to launch several additional campaigns as a result of this agreement.
