High Tower Software Announces New CFO

Advanced security software developer High Tower Software, Inc. today announced the appointment of Greg Catrambone as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Catrambone is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience in finance and business leadership. Prior to joining High Tower he was President and CEO of El Monte, California-based defense contractor Sargent Fletcher, Inc. He has also held senior-level financial positions with firms such as Varco Marine, U.S. Rentals and Deloitte and Touche.

High Tower Software manufactures a specialized line of software systems known as "Security Event Managers" (SEMs). The bulk of High Tower's clients are defense or government agencies, large educational institutions, and corporations with "high value assets" such as banking and finance, healthcare and retail and commercial operations.

In his role, Catrambone will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of High Tower's global operations, and will provide leadership in the planning, administrative, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. His appointment is effective immediately.
