Market Wire, September, 2007
Tidal Software(TM), a leading provider of application scheduling and performance management software, today announced that it is featuring the newest release of its solution for simplified monitoring and management of NetWeaver(TM) at SAP® TechEd, Booth #79. Tidal will also feature a user presentation presented by John Hamm, Manager IT of Enterprise Systems Business Applications at Lyondell, titled "SAP Performance Management -- The Journey from Reactive to Proactive: A Case Study." The customer presentation is on Wednesday, October 3rd at 10:30 AM in Lagoon A, Level 2.
Tidal Software's solution features low-overhead, easy-to-use products including Tidal(TM) Horizon(TM) for SAP Solutions, Tidal Transaction Analyzer for SAP Solutions, Tidal Intersperse(TM), and Tidal Enterprise Scheduler. Tidal's products:
-- Reduce the time and complexity of providing meaningful transaction
data, trending and analysis
-- Increase visibility into critical business processes
-- Diagnose and resolve dialogue response time issues
-- Extend the capabilities of SAP Solution Manager to reduce response
times up to 90%
-- Provide visibility into NetWeaver
In addition to simplifying performance management for traditional SAP solutions, Tidal also simplifies management of SOA deployments on NetWeaver by providing deep, real-time visibility into trouble spots. Tidal Intersperse is unique in its ability to monitor specific business transactions end-to-end across JVMs, allowing it to trace a business process across servers -- which is becoming increasingly common as SOA applications embrace more of the enterprise business processes.
