2D Seismic Shoot Finally Underway
Market Wire, October, 2007
Shotgun Energy Corporation (OTCBB: SGNE) reports the arrival of the equipment and crews for conducting the eight-mile-long vibrator seismic line. This line was designed to follow the principal road on the property in order to minimize disturbance to the Ashley National Forest. It cuts several principal surface features and will provide two sublines that are at right angles to each other. All permitting was completed in the past two months and additional drill pad design work is underway for final submission to the Ashley National Forest personnel.
The seismic contract is managed by Veritas DGC Land Inc. of Denver. This contractor works extensively throughout the USA and Canada.
