Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS Co., Ltd (Japan) Selects MKS Integrity for ITSM/ITIL

MKS Inc. (TSX: MKX) today announced that Mitsubishi Research Institute DCS Co., Ltd (DCS) had selected Japanese edition of MKS Integrity for ITSM/ITIL.

DCS's initial implementation of MKS Integrity enables process automation, management and recording of incident, problem, change requests, change orders and release into production for both internal and customer software applications across multiple platforms. The multi-dimensional relationship methodology used to manage configuration Items means improved impact analysis capabilities when incidents occur.

MKS Integrity for ITSM/ITIL went live at DCS in September, and the MKS solution users include both DCS staff and service subcontractors.
