Centra Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: CENC) today announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with a potential merger partner. A full due diligence package is expected within the next three days.
Should the due diligence be as represented, and Centra, based on conversations and meetings to date expects that it will be, Centra expects to set a record date for a shareholders meeting within the next ten to twenty days. This is a part of the second phase of Centra's growth with the goal of maximizing shareholder value.
