Mark Logic to Exhibit, Speak at KMWorld & Intranets 2007

What: Mark Logic® Corporation, provider of the industry's leading XML
content server, today announced that it will speak and exhibit at
the KMWorld & Intranets 2007 show in San Jose, California.
John Kreisa, director of product marketing at Mark Logic, will speak
on "Beyond Search: A New Platform for Powering Next Generation
Content Applications." He will describe how content providers and
publishers such as Elsevier, O'Reilly, and Oxford University Press
are transforming their search offerings into applications tailored
to specific audiences, delivering information products based on
knowledge of the users' roles, their activities, and the overall
processes in which they work.
Kreisa's session is part of a series of free 15-minute exhibit hall
presentations that cover a range of topics and subject areas at a
high level. The exhibit hall presentations are open to all, but
space is limited so it's first-come, first-served.
Attendees can also visit Mark Logic in booth #311 of the exhibit
hall.
This year's show, KM 2.0: A New World for the Enterprise, emphasizes
that there are new ways to exchange knowledge within the enterprise
which are totally integrated into daily business and work processes
and are having a major impact on organizational innovation and
success. The conference highlights thought-provoking speakers and
experienced practitioners talking about leading strategies,
practices, processes, tools and innovation. The show's interactive
sessions and networking forums will provide tips and techniques,
hands-on advice, and real-world experience.
Who: Mr. Kreisa has been working in high tech for over 17 years and is
now leading product marketing at Mark Logic, where he is responsible
for all aspects of product marketing for MarkLogic Server. Prior to
Mark Logic he spent over 6 years with Business Objects. There he
led the corporate demo team and had product marketing
responsibilities for several products including Web Intelligence,
the performance management products and SaaS offerings. Mr. Kreisa
holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of
Texas.

Search Summit November 6-8 at the San Jose McEnery Convention

11:15 am.
