Navios Maritime Partners L.P. Files Amended Registration Statement for an Initial Public Offering of Its Common Units

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Maritime Partners") today announced that it has filed an amendment to its registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common units (the "Offering"). The initial public offering price is anticipated to be between $19.00 and $21.00 per common unit. The Offering is currently expected to include 10,000,000 common units (or 11,500,000 common units if the underwriters exercise in full their over-allotment option). The common units have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange, subject to official notice of issuance, under the symbol "NMM."
Navios Maritime Partners, a Marshall Islands limited partnership recently formed by Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NM), will be an international owner and operator of drybulk vessels.
Merrill Lynch & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will act as joint book runners and representatives of the underwriters, who will include Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., S. Goldman Advisors LLC and DVB Capital Markets LLC.
