On, 2007, a conditional notice of redemption was given in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Certificates. Redemption of the Certificates is conditional upon receipt by the Trustee of the Warrant Exercise Purchase Price. The Call Warrant Holder has notified the Trustee that the Warrant Exercise Purchase Price will not be paid on November , 2007. Therefore, the Certificates will not be redeemed in full on November 15, 2007.
