Platinum award winner Getronics, a subsidiary of KPN and headquartered in Amsterdam, is a leading international provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services and solutions. The judges also selected Alvaka Networks, located in Huntington Beach, California, as a platinum award recipient for its seasoned experience in managed services and success in high customer satisfaction. The fact that many outstanding companies were considered for this award makes it more meaningful that we were recognized for our hard work and dedication to excellence in delivering the highest quality services to our customers," said Oli Thordarson, president and CEO of Alvaka Networks.
The entries were judged independently by IT industry analyst Peter O'Neill of Forrester Research, Lisa Ericsson-Harris, research director of Enterprise Management Associates, Charles Weaver, president of the MSP Alliance and Mike Vizard, senior vice president and editorial director of Ziff Davis Media's Enterprise Technology Group.
"It is our pleasure to sponsor an industry program that recognizes the value of customer service," said Gary Read, president and CEO of Nimsoft.
