Arrow Partership Adds Cynthia Capozzi to Consulting Team

Arrow Partnership today announced Cynthia Capozzi has joined the Colorado-based business and information technology consulting firm as an Associate.
Cynthia was most recently chief information officer for the nation's leading online insurance lead aggregator, NetQuote, Inc., where she instituted the company's technology growth strategy and transitioned the IT department from start-up to established, positioning the company for successful acquisition in 2005. Prior to moving to Colorado, Cynthia was vice president in the Information Systems Internet Architecture Group at Prudential Financial, an international individual and institutional financial services firm headquartered in New York. There she was responsible for creating the company's first in-house market data delivery system, in addition to delivering other key initiatives such as application messaging systems, broker applications, and a consolidated content management portal for Prudential's enterprise platform. Cynthia graduated Summa Cum Laude from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, and received her Masters in Management of Technology with a concentration in e-business from Polytechnic University in New York. In addition to her industry roles, she also spent two years as a member of the City University of New York teaching staff, where she taught undergraduate and graduate computer and information science courses.
