Invicta Group Inc. Announces Cancellation of Definitive Agreement With Extraordinary Vacations Group

Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVIT) announced today the company has canceled the Definitive Agreement to merge with Extraordinary Vacations Group.
Extraordinary Vacations Group and Invicta Group Inc. signed a Definitive Agreement between the companies September 3, 2007 pending timely funding. Invicta's Board canceled the Agreement due to the delay of funding.
The Board has also changed the titles of the executive Officers of the company; David Scott is the Founder, CO-CEO, COO, and CFO; and William Forhan is CO-CEO and President.
David Scott, Co-CEO of Invicta, states: "Invicta will focus as an Internet Media Company using the subsidiary Travel Hot Link to generate revenues. The company has also leased offices in Las Vegas to house our internet servers and create a new revenue stream of Co-Hosting servers for Emarketing companies."
