Medical Nutrition USA Named One of New Jersey's Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies

Medical Nutrition USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDNU) today announced that it has been named one of New Jersey's 2007 Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies, ranking 32nd. During the award dinner held on December 5th at The Palace at Somerset Park, NJBIZ, the state's leading statewide business newspaper, honored all of the 50 winning companies.

Presenting sponsor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, calculated the nominations and then ranked the companies according to revenue growth over the three-year period of 2004-2006. Both dollar and percentage increases were taken into consideration. This ranking formula led to recognition of the 2007 New Jersey's Finest, consisting of both large and small companies.

In addition to the awards ceremony on December 5, the Top Fifty Fastest Growing Companies are profiled in a special supplement to the December 10 issue of NJBIZ. The complete list of honorees is published in ranked order, along with information on each company's financial growth.

The New Jersey's Finest event is a program of NJBIZ and is presented by PricewaterhouseCoopers. PNC Bank and Lowenstein Sandler are major sponsors of the event.
